You may already be aware that with effect from May 25th 2018, there are new changes in data regulations. The General Data Protection Regulation - or GDPR for short - is designed to give you, the client, more control over how your data is used.
At Coaching Together, I strive to both respect and protect my clients' personal information so you may be pleased to know that Coaching Together is GDPR compliant.
Any information I have on you as the client is limited to email addresses, phone numbers and in some cases home addresses.
At no time will these details be shared or passed on to any other organisations and contact with you will be made solely to pass on information about coaching, to arrange appointments, provide feedback or to alert you to any workshops or events that I feel might be of interest to you.
Any personal data I hold on clients is on a password-protected device. All contacts and emails are stored in Apple iCloud which is GDPR compliant within Europe.
I will only retain your personal data and any emails for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for.
For tax purposes, the law requires me to keep basic information such as your name and dates we worked together along with payments made, for six years after you stop being a client.
Any written receipts are stored under key within my home, inaccessible to any other parties.
When destroying any stored paper information, a paper shredder is always used.
As a client you have the right to request access and corrections to, or removal of your personal details stored on my secure system.
Should you wish to take advantage of any of these rights please contact me on email@example.com or on 01217 081811 or 07970 213397 or in writing to:
